Worldwide Resource Network, Inc., Dba Worldwide-RN, is a full-service recruitment and placement company with corporate headquarters in North Carolina. Worldwide-RN is exclusively affiliated with Philippine-RN Recruitment Agency, Inc., also known as Philippine-RN, our sister company located in Quezon City, Philippines. Worldwide-RN and Philippine-RN work together as a team to attract the best and brightest Healthcare and IT Professionals from the Philippines. We are dedicated to finding the optimum match for both our recruitment candidates and our sponsoring organizations.
It is FREE for you to apply with Worldwide-RN for U.S. employment sponsorship. Our sponsorship and placement fee is not charged to you until a U.S. employer selects you for sponsorship, and payments are not collected from you until you begin working in the U.S. Once you start employment in the U.S., our fee will be automatically deducted from your wages for 12 months.
As part of your U.S. employment sponsorship, you must agree in writing to work for either two (2) or three (3) years depending on the requirements of your sponsoring U.S. employer.
We will do our best to place you at the location of your preference; however, we cannot guarantee employment locations. Our placement sites include, but may not be limited to, hospitals and nursing homes. You must be prepared to work wherever you are placed in the U.S. by Worldwide-RN. After the completion of your obligation to your sponsoring employer, you will be free to choose to work anywhere in the U.S.
Submit a Foreign Nurse Sponsorship Application to Worldwide-RN to begin the process. Worldwide-RN, through our office in the Philippines, will assist you in obtaining the necessary documentation for you to gain approval for U.S. employment. Your résumé will be presented to prospective U.S. employers. If you are selected for sponsorship, your sponsoring U.S. employer will notify us of such in writing and will request the filing for your green card. If and when you are successful in meeting the requirements for U.S. immigration, you will be issued an immigrant visa, with which you may enter the U.S. Within 15 days of arrival in the U.S., Worldwide-RN will assist you in applying for the state license for registered nurses and NCLEX-RN (state nursing board exam). Where applicable, we will also assist you in applying for a limited or temporary permit for registered nurses that will allow you to work for your sponsoring U.S. employer under certain restricted conditions and until you actually pass the NCLEX-RN and are issued an unrestricted registered nurse license.
Under the terms of your Employment Sponsorship and Placement Agreement with Worldwide-RN, you agree to have us select the attorney who will handle your U.S. immigration matter. We, therefore, automatically refer your case to an attorney who will file for you at no cost once you are accepted by a U.S. employer for sponsorship. You will be responsible for communicating directly and promptly with your attorney to the completion of obtaining your green card. Worldwide-RN, nevertheless, will continue to assist and guide you throughout the entire sponsorship and placement process.
From the time your sponsoring U.S. employer first files a petition on your behalf, it may take 8-12 months before you will be permitted to enter the U.S. and acquire the full status of a green card holder.
To ease your transition, Worldwide-RN will assist you with living arrangements during your first 2 months in the U.S. You will be given a reasonable allowance for apartment rent based on double occupancy (i.e., 2 tenants/roommates in a 2 bedroom apartment) and a reasonable allowance for living expenses (i.e., for public transportation, groceries, basic utilities, telephone (long-distance charges are not included)). You, however, will be responsible for the purchase or rental of your own apartment furniture and furnishings. Worldwide-RN, nevertheless, will guide you in finding reduced prices or bargains.
Yes, you will be able to bring your spouse and unmarried children under the age of 21 with you to the U.S., if they are eligible for green cards as your accompanying relatives. If they are approved as accompanying relatives, your spouse and children must enter the U.S. either at the same time or after you do to become permanent residents. Be aware, however, that neither Worldwide-RN nor your sponsoring U.S. employer will bear any of the fees and/or costs associated with bringing your spouse and children to the U.S. with you. The additional airfare and other transportation charges, immigration (including consular) fees and costs, attorney fees and costs, housing, living expenses, etc., will be solely your responsibility.
Worldwide-RN's recruiters strive to find that perfect match between you and our sponsoring U.S. employers. We will work diligently to meet your individual career objectives and to keep you apprised of the status of your file. We will keep your personal information in our database confidential and will handle it with integrity. There are hundreds of jobs in the U.S. Plus, many of our sponsoring employers will pay for a significant part of what it costs for you to come to the U.S. There are no advance payments on your part. We offer you the best and least expensive opportunity for you to come to the U.S. Come join our large database of candidates searching for U.S. employment. Submit your résumé to us by fax, postal mail, or e-mail for an evaluation. Worldwide-RN may hold the key for the U.S. position that is right for you!
